I have been here for 7 and a half years. Both professionally and personally, I have a grown a lot in this company. I joined Infonovum as a Quality Assurance Professional and have worked my way up to my current designation as Project Manager/Business Analyst. This is possible only in Infonovum. They supported my desire to switch roles that demand different skill sets. It gives me great satisfaction to say that I have been an integral part in the growth of Infonovum.

We work really hard when we have to and we have lots of fun when it is down time. It is all about team spirit. We have our traditional yearly outings that helps us bond as one big family. Team events and table tennis tournaments – talk about esprit de corps . Infonovum has given me the opportunity to hold a full time job and at the same time handle my personal responsibilities of being a mother. The flexibility in work timings and the understanding that I enjoy with my colleagues is priceless.

I cannot imagine any other employer offering the kind of career opportunity that Infonovum has. After years of break in my career, I started my work with Infonovum by assisting them with Accounts and Human Resources part-time. Since I had a financial background that let me take initiatives, I was offered more roles in the company. Today, I am part of an important project team. I have played a variety of roles – HR Head, Tester and Business Operations Executive.

I Joined Infonovum as a fresher. In the 11 years here, my personal and professional commitment towards the company has only become stronger. It is definitely because of the opportunities that I have had and the nourishing team culture that I have felt here. Noting my skills in HTML and CSS, I was empowered to lead the transition to the new web design and the mobile app. Having the responsibility to interview prospective employees, I as a manager am able to recruit intelligent and hardworking team members.
